- Provide timely technical and administrative support to end users including resolving incident tickets and service requests efficiently
- Maintain daily operations of Workplace Services, including installations, configurations and setup of new computing environments based on pre-defined standard requirements and specifications
- Collaborate with the local onsite support team to ensure timely project delivery and provide support as needed
- Assist in Office and Production network accessibility and troubleshooting
- Support the local team in rolling out IT workplace services and projects, ensuring seamless implementation and delivery
- Initiate and follow-up on critical vendor technical support requirements
- Document system processes and procedures
- Support regional and global team on IT workplace service roll-out and projects

- Currently in 2nd or 3rd year in Bachelorβs Degree in Computer Science or Engineering / Information Technology
