Build and maintain simple automations (e.g., scripts, RPA flows, scheduled jobs) for tasks such as data collection, file handling, reporting, and notifications
Reporting and visualization; establish standardized metrics and support periodic reporting (weekly/monthly)
Test automations and dashboards, perform user acceptance test, and monitor performance, create SOP and troubleshooting guides
Provide demo sessions, brief trainings and gather feedback

Bachelors/Diploma in Computer Engineering/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering/ Information Systems.
Technical skills: basic programming/scripting (e.g., Python or similar), SQL, etc.
Automation and BI: familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath), workflow tools (e.g., Tableau).
Foundational skills: problem-solving, structured documentation and communication.
