Your Job
- Drafting and negotiating (re)insurance contracts with clients, analysing and assessing legal trends in the field of liability, assessing risks of large corporates and other companies based on legal exposures in the field of liability
- Working on exciting and varied topics focusing on risk underwriting or claims in the core business of Munich Re
- Experience the opportunities and insights offered by one of the world's leading risk managers
- Participate in an international assignment of three months to broaden your intercultural experience
- Acquire profound knowledge of our business as well as further developing your soft skills in our distinguished global learning programme
- Take the opportunity to quickly build a broad network of industry experts within Munich Re worldwide
Your Profile
- Legal state examination or law degree (LLB,LLM)
- Initial work experience (e.g. internships or up to two years of work experience after graduation), ideally in the insurance and/or financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills
- At least three months experience abroad (studies or internship/work experience abroad)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication in English required, additional languages are an advantage (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian)
- Curious and creative mindset
