We have an opportunity for an Intern Customer Experience Specialist to join us at Honeywell, in Katowice, where you will assist in ensuring performance standards are met and maintained to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will impact on the overall customer experience by supporting the team in fulfilling customer requests and resolving issues, contributing to a high customer satisfaction index.
This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell
This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in the successful fulfillment of all requests regarding order processing and purchasing activities
- Support the accounting and lifecycle maintenance of all orders, contracts, and projects in Honeywell system
- Help in tracking orders placed with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery to customers
- Support daily report creation by providing relevant data in a timely manner

Key skills and qualifications
- Final Year Student (within Bachelor Degree Program) or Student at Masters Program
- Fluent: English
- High level of customer orientation and a dedicated βcan doβ attitude
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to drive improvements leading to greater customer experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Preferable but not a must - Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP), Salesforce.
