The AM RE Intern assists the Asset Managers with gathering, analyzing, and preparing required reports and communication to clients. They support the Asset Management team, gather and analyze current market information and prepare market summaries.
Under the Head of AM France & Belgium supervision, the intern will have to assist the company by managing assets owned by the Funds, clients from DWS.

As our DWS Investment Real Estate Intern you will:โฏ
- Update database and excel tools
- Control and supervise our providers such as Property Managers
- Assist the Asset Management team on several items such as: follow up tools creation, legal documentation analysis, gathering market information, reporting preparation, mandates and other documents drafting, gathering information on future tenants, leases drafting, technical management and any other mission related to Asset Management on demand of the Senior Management.
- Support the invoicing process
- Assist the AM team but you will eventually be in charge of direct assets management in France or Belgium, under the supervision of the Head of AM.
- Assist the Investment team on several tasks such as underwritings analysis

Weโre looking for:โฏ
- Student in the field of Real Estate Asset Management or with experience in Real Estate
- Excellent MS-Office skills
- Very good organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Business English & French are MANDATORY (written and spoken), any further language skills are considered as an advantage
- You are enrolled in your penultimate or last year of study, or on a gap year in between your Bachelorโs and Masterโs degree.
- You need to be available for 6 months as of 16 th March 2026
