We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Global Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level IAM technologies and learn how global IT teams collaborate across regions to secure a global manufacturing organization. You will contribute to real-world projects that enhance security, compliance, and identity governance, while understanding why identity systems are critical to protecting intellectual property and operational continuity.
About the role - you will:
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of On-Premises Active Directory (AD) and LDAP environments.
- Support the configuration and monitoring of Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) and related identity services.
- Participate in Multifactor Authentication (MFA) implementation and monitoring to strengthen security posture.
- Explore and learn Office 365 services, including email systems and email security features, to understand their role in identity and access management.
- Contribute to Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) operations, including certificate lifecycle management.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and global IT teams to implement IAM best practices and automation.
- Support access reviews, audit preparation, and compliance reporting.
