The Data analysts play a crucial role in creating unique reports from data available in multiple locations and providing vital insights into the root cause of quality defects and inventory adjustments. ICQA Data Analyst will work closely with the operations teams in Inbound, Outbound and ICQA to provide data and analytical support for the business.

Key job responsibilities

‍
• Development of data collection processes and data management systems
• Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in Excel to support ICQA operations
• Charting and graphing of data for reporting purposes
• In depth research of defect trends to improve quality metrics
• Data collection and entry as needed
• Data mining and problem solving
• Present analysis in easily digestible standard reports
• Supporting leadership team how to interpret data trends as needed
• Prepare and publish reports on inventory quality
• Support to ICQA Team Projects

Basic Qualifications

‍

- Proficiency in Ms Office Programs and designing queries
- Min Intermediate level in English
- Data mining and problem solving

- Experience in project management
