Are you passionate about developing people and leading change? Do you want to make a meaningful impact within a company that owns globally renowned brands like Gillette, Pampers, Head & Shoulders, and Oral-B? Do you want to intern at a company consistently recognised as one of the UK’s leading graduate employers?
Then apply for an internship in Human Resources at P&G! Forget what you think you know about working in HR; this is not business as usual. HR is a strategic partner to the business, this means you could work on leading the organisation through change, shaping the future of work, or building best in class employee engagement. We're more than just benefits and payroll (but you'll find that, too), you’ll be at the heart of helping some of the world's greatest professional talent - including yourself!
During your 10-week summer internship, you will get a first-hand experience of what a career in HR with P&G involves, and if it is right for you.
You will be working on live business HR projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. Previous HR internship projects have covered all aspects of HR including Talent Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Equality & Inclusion. Previous interns have helped shape our recruitment strategy, implemented new benefit programmes, developed training programmes, and so much more!
We have roles based in Weybridge, Surrey which is an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo and Clapham Junction. We also have roles in our London Manufacturing Plant which is easily accessible from the city of London and in our Reading Innovation Centre.
The summer internship is available from 1st July 2026 until 4th September 2026. We expect you to be available for the full duration.
For our internship roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your internship without requiring sponsorship from P&G. Note, this will require your right to work permission to be valid between 1st July 2026 until 4th September 2026 for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
P&G is legally required to ensure all candidates have the right to work in the UK from Day 1 of their employment. All applicants will therefore be asked to provide evidence of their right to work at the conclusion of the recruitment process as a condition of employment.
1pm (GMT) October 31st, 2025. You must apply by the deadline. We encourage you to apply and complete our online assessments as soon as possible, as we may close early if positions are filled.
In order to fairly assess all candidates, our internship offers will only be extended at the end of our recruitment process, once all candidates have been processed. Finalist candidates can therefore expect to have an outcome before the end of the year!
