Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Support project coordination, working closely with the HR Project Coordinator, as well as local and regional stakeholders, to coordinate and execute project plans.
- Research current HR trends and advise on ongoing strategies, as needed.
- Assist with the creation of presentations and other content in preparation for senior leader presentations.
- Prepare, facilitate, and moderate various HR meetings and workshops, including driving the action items to closure.
- Brainstorm creative content for workshops, panel discussions, and learning-series events.
- Have the opportunity to rotate in the HRBP organization by supporting a small group to experience the complete HR stakeholder cycle.
- Participate in special projects and perform other job-related activities, as needed.
- Support tracking and reporting of HR KPIs.
- Have the ability to travel domestically, if needed.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Current status of enrollment in a Human Resources, Business, or related field program (BS required, MS preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (i.e., written communications, public speaking, etc.).
- Strong knowledge and interest in HR practices and current trends, and general project management skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with strong analytical skills and strategic mindset.
- Creative mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when managing sensitive information.
- Proficient-intermediate experience in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Hold yourself to high standards of ethics and integrity.
- Experience in Human Resources and/or previous internship is a plus.
* This role is FULL-TIME for 12 months and requires the candidate to be ON-SITE in the San Jose office.
