Collaborate with senior HR leaders to develop talent development strategies
Conduct data analysis to provide strategic recommendations
Support HR processes and plan organizational activities
Identify and diagnose organizational challenges

Basic Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields, with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts)
Intermediate reading and writing skills in English
Availability to intern for 12 months
Ability to work 6 hours a day, Monday to Friday, totaling 30 hours a week, during business hours
Availability to work in-person at Amazon's headquarters located in São Paulo 5 times a week
Preferred Qualifications
Written and verbal proficiency for communication in English
