What You'll Do

You will be part of the local HR Team based in BCG Milan office, taking part in the recruiting efforts, while being embedded in a wider People team comprising several HR functions across the EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) geography.
You will interact with several internal stakeholders, being accountable for the recruiting process efficiency and for ensuring the best candidate experience possible, promoting BCG as employer of choice for top talents on the market.

You are good at:
- Using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines to enhance stakeholder communication and ensure effective process management;
- Partnering with interviewers during recruiting rounds to ensure that interview sessions run smoothly, providing an outstanding candidate experience;
- Managing the candidate pipeline, ensuring efficient management of the entire recruiting process;
- Acting as the main point of contact between candidates and the company, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the process;
- Providing punctual, qualitative and timely feedback to candidates and following up until their starting date.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent (a specialization in HR topics will be considered as a plus);
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;
- People-oriented approach, a strong attitude to be part of a people-oriented organization;
- Proactive and positive attitude;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Good teamworking skills and ability to interact with different levels across the organization;
- Good organization and time management skills, with a strong orientation to high-quality results;
- Good proficiency with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook.
