• Enablement and User Support: Development of enablement materials to support the platform users
• Platform Maintenance: Support the team with the maintenance and improvement of the HR ServiceNow Platform
• Module-Specific Support: Support different modules of the platform (e.g., automated document creation, automation of HR services, system configurations, and more)

• Academic Background: A degree in Human Resources, Information Technologies, or a similar field
• Tech-Savvy: You are a tech-savvy and people enthusiast who likes to combine these two fields
• Working Style: You take initiative, have high-quality standards, and a customer-centered approach. You are a fast learner, curious about technology development and automation solutions for HR
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. ServiceNow knowledge and video editing skills are a plus
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken). German is a plus
