In your new role you will:
This internship position focuses on the application of power semiconductors in PV and energy storage systems, mainly involving system-level simulation analysis and system hardware design. The intern will assist the team in completing the hardware development work of PV and energy storage systems, master the application methods of power semiconductors and the design ideas of new energy system hardware.
- Assist in the selection and application verification of power semiconductors (such as IGBT, MOSFET, SiC/GaN devices) in PV and energy storage systems.
 - Participate in the simulation analysis of PV and energy storage system circuits (such as power loop simulation, drive circuit simulation, thermal simulation) using tools such as PLECS, PSpice, Saber or ANSYS.
 - Assist in the design of system hardware circuits (including power circuits, drive circuits, sampling circuits, protection circuits) for PV inverters, energy storage converters or battery management systems (BMS).
 - Assist in the production of hardware prototypes, participate in the testing and debugging of hardware circuits, and record test data and analyze test results.
 - Help sort out hardware design documents, component lists (BOM) and test reports.
