1) Understanding of Data-analysis languages like R/Python in core Statistical Concepts is expected.
2) Support the development, execution and optimization of growth campaigns across various channels to enhance user acquisition, engagement and retention.
3) Familiar with CRM platforms like Clevertap/Mo-engage.Familiarity with Digital marketing channels and metrics.
4) Develop and implement sophisticated customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts, enhance targeting accuracy, and drive impactful engagement.
5) Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Business, Finance, Product, Tech to ensure alignment and drive growth initiatives.
Qualifications
1) 3-5 Years of experience working as Growth Analyst/Business Analyst in an e-commerce or similar domain (Mandatory).
2) Graduates/Post Grads from Tier 1/2 colleges with Engineering, Management/ Finance background are preferred.

1) Strong working knowledge in SQL, Excel and visualization tools like Looker, Tableau.
2) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into technical requirements.
3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
4) Experience in market research and analysis is a plus
