Test Development: Develop wafer probe, final test production, and product characterization test solutions for digital power management products
Documentation: Define test requirements, create test plans, and develop test methods
Design Collaboration: Work with design and development engineers to incorporate design-for-test (DFT) features into products to optimize quality and cost of testing
Hardware Design: Design and develop test hardware using Cadence Allegro tools with pre-existing PCB templates and component libraries
Program Development: Create, debug, validate, and release test programs integrated with test equipment and hardware following corporate standards
Optimization: Improve the quality and reduce the cost of test solutions through test method improvements and platform transfers
