As a student intern within the HDGT Services Sourcing team for the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia (MEASA) region, you will contribute to strategic initiatives focused on supplier localization, procurement analysis, and process automation with both Strategic and OTR Sourcing teams. Your work will support sourcing strategies that strengthen local supply chains, improve data-driven decision-making, and enhance efficiency across GE Vernova’s global operations.
Job Description: What you’ll do (Job Responsibilities)
- Support supplier market research and localization efforts across priority MEASA countries.
- Assist with procurement data collection, consolidation, and analysis to support sourcing strategies.
- Contribute to supplier qualification and risk assessment activities.
- Develop and enhance dashboards, analytic reports, and tools for sourcing performance tracking.
- Partner with the wider sourcing functional team in the region to drive continuous improvement, process automation and digitalization initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and reports summarizing sourcing insights for leadership reviews.
- Collaborate with global and regional sourcing colleagues to align best practices and share findings.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding)

- Must have the ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship.

The pay for this position ranges from $21.00/hr - $36.00/hr based on years of undergraduate/graduate field of study completed
This position is also eligible for:
- Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
