In this role, you would manage the buying process for a given set of goods and apply sourcing policy. This role would interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets; have an in-depth understanding of key business drivers and use this understanding to accomplish your own project work. You will have an in-depth understanding of how work of this team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
Job Description
What you’ll do (Job Responsibilities)
- Place and follow-up on Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.
- Generate RFQs (Request For Quotation)
- Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution.
- Manage problems and schedule changes.
- Update Purchase Orders in ERP.
What you will bring (Basic Qualifications):
- 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher and current enrollment in undergrad or graduate degree program in engineering or supply chain.
Other Eligibility Requirements
Ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship.

The pay for this position ranges from $21.00/hr - $36.00/hr based on years of undergraduate/graduate field of study completed.
This position is also eligible for:
- Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
- Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern’s permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.
