During the program you will:
- Work with key market retailers (like Rossmann, Auchan) getting an understanding of the customers and shoppers needs and contributing to recommendations on assortment, merchandising and promotions. You will collaborate with the whole customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations
- Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them in critical business areas like space & location, promotion support, developing right assortment, shelving, and merchandising strategies
- Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Not only develop your negotiating and sales skills, but also your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding
- Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply)

Job Qualifications
- Business/Tech students of the 3rd, 4th or 5th year of study or recent graduates;
- Advanced level of Polish and English;
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
- Strong initiative and problem solving;
- Positive attitude towards challenges and changes;
- Good interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills gained through international student exchanges, voluntary work etc.;
- Excellent analytical thinking and leadership skills;
- Valid driver's license (active driver).
