As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will play a business-critical role in continuously developing and optimizing Bolt's ERP system (currently Workday FINS). You will leverage your ERP and finance process knowledge to address user needs, configure financial modules of the system (with the focus on supply chain), and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements in our tools and workflows.

Drive the evolution of ERP financial modules through implementation, configuration, and upgrades.
Partner with Finance and Operations users of ERP to analyze needs and create functional and technical solutions within the ERP.
Configure and customize ERP financial and spend modules to match business processes and regulations.
Support end-users with training and clear documentation for effective ERP use.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability.
Serve as the main ERP expert for finance and supply, providing support and resolving problems.
Collaborate with business and tech teams on system updates, improvements, and automation.

You have a good grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, financial and procurement processes.
You have at least 2+ years of experience in Finance or Procurement.
You have strong hands-on experience with at least one major ERP system (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
You are excited about working with stakeholders and users and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You step into their shoes, understand their needs, and find the most effective solutions for them.
You act like an owner: managing your priorities and backlog and constantly aligning with teams impacting your work.
You can simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
