We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Operations Analyst within Accounting Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with great analytical skills, attention to detail and who likes to drive process improvements. This role will report to the Finance Operations Manager and be responsible in assisting with a wide range of reporting, analysis and ad hoc projects.
We are looking for an individual with a background in financial and management accounting with a keen interest in data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach to supporting the business, the ability to understand and review internal controls and identify and manage operational process risks. In addition, the candidate will be detail-oriented and have the skills necessary to collaborate with key stakeholders in a fast-growing company.

Key Relationships: Internal: Accounting Operations, Financial Operations, Finance leads and teams, Commercial and Facilities Management teams, Financial Control, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance and Business Partners. External: 3rd party service providers and Auditors.
This role will support Accounting Operations and the Finance Operations Manager in matters such as technical accounting, financial controls, process improvements, data analysis & reporting, change & transformation etc. The successful candidate will be required to liaise with other Finance teams and teams outside of Finance such as Claims, IT, Facilities, Internal Audit, Compliance & Risk Management etc.
