Then apply for our Finance & Business Placement at Procter and Gamble! We offer placement students the opportunity to embed themselves within one of the teams in our organisation where you will gain in-depth practical experience. We also have a 12-month onboarding programme for placements that offers multiple trainings each month so you can build your personal skills, ranging from communication and emotional intelligence to digital capability and coding!

The roles available to our placements will allow you to integrate fully into your particular department and have a real business impact. The opportunities across the site are broad with some placements engaged in Finance roles, whilst others will be more Business and Product Supply facing!  If successful, your specific role will be communicated closer to your start date. In the recent past we have had successes across and academic subject areas e.g. Modern Languages, Humanities, Business, Accounting, Economics etc.

This programme is designed as an industrial placement running between 1st July 2026 until 31st July 2027 and we expect you to be available for the full duration.

Right to Work:

For our placement roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your placement without requiring sponsorship from P&G. Note, this will require your right to work permission to be valid between 1st July 2026 to 31st July 2027 for a minimum of 37.5 per week.

P&G is legally required to ensure all candidates have the right to work in the UK from Day 1 of their employment. All applicants will therefore be asked to provide evidence of their right to work at the conclusion of the recruitment process as a condition of employment.
