Role Purpose
The Treasury analyst will support day-to-day operations for pension and retirement plans as well as capital markets activities, ensure compliance with all reporting requirements and deliverables, and support ad hoc pension and capital markets projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Capital Markets and Pension Operations:
- Provide analytical and operational support to align with strategic goals.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve processes.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Manage deliverables for capital markets reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with audit requests for pensions and capital markets.
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to meet senior management's needs.
- Stay updated on financial trends affecting markets and company operations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Represent Treasury objectives in cross-functional settings.

Experiences/Education - Required
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in Corporate Treasury, business finance, accounting, or related areas.
- Familiarity with US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with advanced-level knowledge.
- Precision in handling complex data and processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong verbal and written skills to articulate findings.
- Appropriate handling of sensitive information.
- Openness to acquiring new skills and staying updated on relevant trends.
