As a service engineer, you will act as a direct contact and partner for our end customers for industrial steam and hot water generation.
You will look after modern Bosch large boiler systems in the output range of several megawatts with applications, e.g. in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries or local heat generation for entire districts.
You will be responsible for planning and carrying out your daily tasks in the field directly with our customers at your location.
Your main tasks will include commissioning and optimizing large systems after installation, troubleshooting and advising customers on energy efficiency and system availability (e.g. spare parts packages).
You will actively support the technology change from fossil fired boilers to CO2-neutral, large-scale electric boilers.
Last but not least, you will work in a strong, global team of experts in service, in close cooperation with our development and production departments in the plants

Your profile
Mandatory:RSL or/and RVT certification from ISCIR
Training: industrial training, preferably in electronics, mechatronics or similar
Experience and know-how: several years of experience in customer service, ideally in the heating industry, knowledge of oil and gas burners, control technology and the electrical sector MS Office medium knowledge
Personality and working style: confident, structured, efficient, independent and self-reliant, willing to travel at home and abroad
