
We are looking for a dedicated, resourceful, and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support 3-4 Directors in Global Deal Strategy and Programs (GDSP) and work with a multi-functional, global team.
This role requires attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams. The Executive Assistant will act as a seamless extension of their leaders and will work closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure, and confidentiality.
• Management of high volume and highly complex calendar scheduling across multiple and global locations.
• Manage domestic and international travel.
• Manage expense report coordination and submission.
• Organize and manage meetings all-hands, off-sites and team-based events.
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
• Act as a liaison for direct reports.
• Management of team space, including moves and reconfigurations.
• Understand business priorities and proactively look for ways to improve processes to create efficiency and scale.
• Review and copy-edit documents, communications, and presentations with accuracy.
• Support and manage small to medium projects based on organizational needs and professional development interests
• Build relationships and work collaboratively with Executive Assistants throughout the team and across the company.
• Travel may be required up to 15%.
- 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars
