This group plays a critical role in ensuring Bainโs internal digital solutions are delivered with high quality, strong user experience, and measurable impact. You'll work closely with engineering, architecture, and Agile process teams across multiple scrum teams.

As the QA Manager, you will oversee a team of QA engineers supporting multiple Agile scrum teams. Youโll lead key QA initiatives, ensure the right QA processes and tools are in place, and support the professional growth and development of your team.

WHAT YOUโLL DO
- Coach, mentor, and guide the QA team
- Ensure the ongoing professional development of team members through skill plan reviews, training suggestions, and consensus evaluations
- Understand project requirements and scope to determine QA level of effort and allocate resources accordingly
- Match QA team members with project/product needs and act as a role model to maintain a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Provide issue resolution support and escalate concerns as needed
- Lead the QA vision and strategy, including automation framework development and integration of QA into the SDLC
- Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and Agile Process teams to research and implement QA tools

ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience managing QA testers in software development or similar environments
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop talent
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a creative, analytical mindset
- Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with customers, teams, vendors, and management
- Knowledge/experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum preferred)
- Technical experience with tools or platforms such as Angular, .NET, MVC, C#, Microsoft Windows Server, MS SQL Server, and Windows 10 is a plus
