We are seeking a Product Test Engineer to develop new products from concept to launch, overseeing project management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, product characterization, qualification, and manufacturing test process development, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and ensuring high-quality products that meet customer needs.
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Product Development: Lead the development of new products, including defining product requirements, creating product specifications, and working with design teams to create prototypes.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful product launches. This includes creating project plans, tracking progress, and identifying and mitigating risks.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various teams, including design, manufacturing, quality, and sales, to ensure that products meet customer needs and are manufactured efficiently.
- Product Characterization: Develop and execute testing and validation plans to ensure that products meet customer requirements and are reliable.
- Product Qualification: Perform reliability stress test and check product quality that product can meet lift time guarantee.
- Manufacturing Test Process Development : Ensure that products are designed with manufacturability in mind, including selecting materials, designing for assembly, and optimizing production processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize product development processes and improve product quality.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineer, Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in product development, R&D, project management, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Programming Language: C , Python Data Visualization: Excel, Spotfire, Tableau Electronic Circuit Design
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, English Language, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
