Service Delivery
- Possess good level of knowledge in Internetworking, IP routing protocols, troubleshooting for MPLS/IP VPN based networks
- Ability to write automation and monitoring scripts in Python, Perl, PHP and Bash languages.
- Strong understanding of routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, ISIS, MPLS.
- Possess good working knowledge in Cisco, Nokia and/or Juniper routers architecture.
- Work will entail product evaluations/versions and upgrade implementations, project tasks for systems/network expansion, support, and monitoring systems
- Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of services. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions, business team and Vendors

Network Service Operations
- System and Platform Patch loading, implementation of software and hardware upgrades/patching on its related service nodes.
- Participate in BCP and/or Audit program initiatives.
- The successful candidate will need to work outside normal working hours to carry out upgrades and patch loading as such activities may disrupt services.
- Troubleshoot and perform root causes failure analysis for software, hardware and network faults related to the service nodes.
- Accountable and manage Change Management, Patch management and Configuration management.
- Perform patch loading, configuration changes and implementation of software and hardware updates and upgrades on service nodes.
- Provide Tier 2 & 3 technical support for internal customer and manage vendor for Tier 3 & 4 technical support on a 24x7 standby basis.

Skills for Success:
- Engineering degree preferably in the area of Computer Engineering with at least 2 years of working experience.
- At least 3-5 years working experience with emphasis on Linux, RHEL, Ansible, Resolve, MySQL DB, NetApp, Fortinet Firewall, VMware, NTP, DNS, DHCP systems.
- Good scripting knowledge in Perl/Python/Bash/PHP.
- Experience in operation of the following systems Linux, RHEL, Ansible, Kubernetes, MySQL DB, NetApp, PA/Fortinet/Checkpoint Firewall, VMware, NTP, DNS, DHCP systems. Email Systems.
- CCNP, Redhat Certified, VCP certified.
