Join our Talent Acquisition team as we launch a dedicated Early Career function to strengthen Bolt’s university partnerships and scale our internship and graduate programs. You’ll be at the forefront of building the next generation of talent, designing and delivering initiatives that attract, develop, and inspire early career professionals while positioning Bolt as an employer of choice.

About the role

As Early Career Program Manager, you’ll design and deliver Bolt’s global programs for interns, graduates, and entry-level talent, creating pathways that develop the next generation of leaders. You’ll build and manage strategic partnerships with universities and colleges, ensuring Bolt is positioned as an employer of choice for early career talent. Balancing program design with hands-on delivery, you’ll drive initiatives that embed DEI, strengthen our talent pipeline, and provide an exceptional experience for students, graduates, and business stakeholders alike.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Develop and manage Bolt’s early career programs, including internships and graduate pathways.

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and academic organisations.

Manage end-to-end program operations: recruitment, onboarding, rotations, learning, mentorship, and evaluations.

Partner with People, TA, and business leaders to deliver a consistent and high-quality experience.

Organise learning sessions, networking opportunities, and mentorship for early career cohorts.

Track outcomes, analyse data, and provide insights to continuously improve programs and embed DEI principles.

About you:

Experienced in program management, specifically within Early Careers (graduates & interns).

Skilled at building and maintaining strong external partnerships (e.g. universities, student organisations).

Able to design and deliver structured initiatives with clear success measures.

Passionate about supporting early career growth and embedding DEI principles.

Comfortable balancing strategic design with hands-on delivery and operations.

Strong communicator, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels and representing Bolt externally.

Organised, proactive, and data-driven in how you evaluate and evolve programs.
