The degree apprenticeship with University Sheffield Hallam is a 3 -year course in which you will study part time alongside your full-time role. You’ll have an initial 10-week bootcamp on campus. You will cover many modules such as Software lifecycle, System Context, Leadership & Design approaches. The degree includes a final stage project in conjunction with Capgemini’s business.
During your first week, you will meet inspiring individuals, witness our team dynamics, and explore the stimulating projects that will influence your career. You will be joining a business area working for our largest UK public sector client working with inspiring experts from which you can learn from and enjoy the career opportunities this brings. You will be joining a community of Graduates and Apprentices across the business. On joining, you will be assigned to start in one of the following roles.

• Candidates will have a passion for coding and problem solving using the latest technologies including AI. Helping our customers achieve their objectives by providing innovative custom digital and cloud solutions

• Candidates will have a passion for coding, programming, problem solving and requirement gathering/analysis.

• Candidates will have a passion for coding and / or infrastructure, enjoy problem solving and relish the opportunity to transform our client's businesses through technology.

• Candidates will have a passion for technology and relish the opportunity to work on projects helping to guide and transform how our global clients manage and operate, streamlining processes and enhancing business operations.

• Candidates will have an interest in designing, building & testing SAP Code, SAP interfaces, migrating data to SAP data and/or SAP cloud-based technology.

‍
• Candidates will have an interest in designing, building, testing and implementing SAP transformations for our clients and/or in learning to manage SAP Projects.
You will need to be based within a commutable distance to your chosen office where you should expect to typically be in our office 3 days a week.

To be eligible, you need:
7 GCSEs including Maths and English grades 4-9
• 3 A*-C at A-level (NOTE: AS Levels are not included)
• Completed Advanced Apprenticeship
• BTEC (Pass, Pass, Distinction minimum)
