Position Responsibilities:

- Develops and implements analytics enabled solutions to improve business process, to generate insights, support business goals and strategy development Owns and delivers complete projects of moderate scope and manages assigned tasks on more complex projects.
- Works on problems of moderate scope / complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors Ability to generate relevant, actionable insights based on iterative data analysis, translate data-driven output into business language, and to make appropriate recommendations to respective business stakeholders Provides analysis on datasets of significant complexity. (may require guidance from senior team members)
- Quickly able to develop enough business insight to connect data sources across multiple diverse and complicated systems. Communicates results of cases of moderate complexity to business partners and recommends solutions to more senior data scientists .
- Works closely with subject matter experts to understand data sources and business processes.
- Shares ideas with others, participates in brainstorming sessions. Ensures all voices are heard. Actively seeks out coaching and incorporates feedback into their work. Provides guidance and mentorship to more junior data scientists.

Required Qualifications:
β
- Bachelor degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages and concepts (e.g. SAS, SPSS, R (different modules) or Python)
- Familiarity and working knowledge of basic and advanced statistical tests,
