In this role, you will be responsible for analysing multiple and complex datasets to derive insights, build predictive models, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your work will have a direct impact on strategic initiatives, product development, and business growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models & AI Agents in WD Global Operations.
- Design and Develop Dashboard & Reporting Tools in WD Global Operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Engineering, Logistics etc) to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
- Communicate findings & business values clearly thru models explainability and presentations.
- Clean, process, and transform raw data for analysis and modelling.
- Apply agile framework throughout project development lifecycle.
- Involve in R&D, innovative and continuous improvement data science activities.

Qualifications

REQUIRED
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

SKILLS
- Good at SQL / Python programming
- Good in Statistics and Probability
- Good in Data Science Knowledge especially AI/ML, GenAI, NLP
- Good at Data Visualization Tools
- Knowledge of Data Engineering & Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
- Knowledge of HDD Manufacturing Processes and 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) is an advantage.
- Experience in Agile Scrum framework is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Good team work spirit
