Please note that it is a full-time position that pays between EUR 1666 and EUR 1916 gross monthly, depending on your skills and experience.

As a Customer Support Operations Agent, youโll solve various usersโ requests while optimising our operational procedures. Youโll be able to contribute to streamlining our processes, making them more efficient and effective, and ultimately providing the best possible customer experience.

Represent Bolt in Lithuania.
Resolving customer queries with speed, empathy, and accuracy across our products.
Create loyal fans by showing them we really care.
Contribute and share ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality & speed of Boltโs customer support.

Proven experience in customer support roles within contact centers (both BPO and in-house environments preferred).
You welcome challenges with an open mind and see them as opportunities. You are proactive and do not stop after 20 obstacles a day.
You can apply an analytical approach to why customer support is contacted in the first place and be ready to tell the story to other teams within Bolt.
You have excellent spoken and written English and Lithuanian skills; any other language is a plus.You have basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and project management concepts.
