
The intern will be included in Customer Consulting (IT) Brazil Team, interacting with the Sales Team, second or third level Support Groups, Customer, and other employees of the Customer Consulting LATAM team (Project Managers, Consultants, Developers and Support Engineers), mainly in the activities listed below:
- Support project management team on monthly utilization reports and projects reports for clients.
- Write user guide documentation and update knowledgebase.
- Assist in systems daily monitoring and creation of technical documentation.
- Assist in the troubleshooting of problems with our client solutions.
- Assist Engineers to implement Refinitiv products and solutions.
- Assist in the delivery of projects, solutions integration, systems configuration, systems installation,
- Interact with internal/external technical teams and sales teams.
