As a Customer Care Associate at Choco, your mission is to make every interaction feel easy, thoughtful, and human — even when the issue is complex. You’re not just responding to messages; you’re solving real-world problems for food suppliers who rely on us to keep their operations running.
Whether it’s a bug, a missed order, or a new partner onboarding, you bring clarity, calm, and confidence — turning pressure into partnership.
This role is at the front line of our product and brand. You don’t just help people use Choco — you show them what it feels like to be understood.
