What the Role Entails

Job Responsibilities

‍
β€’ Conduct market research to understand CRM system structures and trends within the industry. Leverage the unique characteristics of the gaming industry to assist in planning and developing new features for the overseas gaming CRM platform.
β€’ Support the creation of product requirement documents and user stories, organize product roadmaps, and collaborate with R&D and testing teams to implement the products.
β€’ Collaborate with product operations, data analysis, and data science teams to identify business service cases and transform data-driven insights into product features.
β€’ Understand the overseas game publishing and operational processes, gather insights from business feedback, analyze data, and propose optimization suggestions for the product.

Who We Look For

β€’ This position is open to students pursuing a master’s or above degree (no specific major required; marketing, computer science, or related fields preferred) and graduating between January 2025 and December 2026.
β€’ Strong interest in the gaming industry, with an understanding of player behavior and market trends.
β€’ Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language.
β€’ Proficiency in product prototype design tools; data analysis skills are a plus.
β€’ Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
