Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Corporate Development team in the identification, evaluation, execution, and integration of acquisition opportunities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in various industries.
- Assist in the development of financial models and valuation analyses for potential acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives.
- Support the due diligence process by gathering and organizing relevant data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
