We're looking for a Content Designer to join our growing product design team in London. You'll be part of Remitly's Global Design organisation and collaborate closely with the Design Systems team to help shape the language, structure, and accessibility of our digital products.
Your work will ensure that every experience, every word, builds clarity, trust, and confidence for our customers worldwide. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Design, you'll collaborate across design, research, product, and engineering to make complex ideas simple, usable, and inclusive for a diverse international audience.
You will combine hands-on UX writing with strategic content design. Defining frameworks, content patterns, accessibility guidance, and voice principles that scale across products and platforms. You'll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team working to improve the lives of immigrants and their families globally.
You will be hybrid (2-3 days a week) in our London office.
