The Quality Team at Amazon Leo is looking for a Calibration Program Lead to join our team and help manage tool compliance within our Manufacturing Quality organization.
Export Control Requirement:Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
The Calibration Logistics Lead will ensure all equipment used in satellite manufacturing conform to manufacturer's specifications.
- Manage intake and return of tools to process owners.
- Manage calibration schedule and forecasting tools/equipment for upcoming calibrations.
- Coordinate onsite calibration activities with suppliers and internal teams.
- Coordinate risk assessments and tool containment
- Documenting records of calibration activities, including calibration dates, results, relabeling, and any adjustments.
- Perform periodic audits of production area for compliance to calibration requirements.
- Define and implement mechanisms to streamline too calibration workflows
- 2+ years of supply chain management (e.g. logistics, inventory turn management, forecasting, operations) experience
- Experience managing projects and organizing schedules
- Familiar with regulated industry requirements (AS9100, ISO13485, or ISO9001)
- Familiar with electrical, mechanical, and dimensional measurement tools/systems
- Familiar with ANSI/NCSL Z540.1 requirements
