In this role, The purpose of this position is to help support the Commercial Planning Tool. The business analyst acts as an effective subject matter expert in providing functional support and helps in improving the solution.
What a typical day looks like:
- Functional support of commercial forecast planning tool
- Oversee forecast planning data on a regular basis
- Coordinate with account managers, finance and operations teams
- Proactively monitor dashboard process and fix any issues
- Coordinate with account managers and program managers as needed
- Logical analysis of the data for accuracy

- Experience in finance and forecast process is plus.
- Familiar with databases and dashboards
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to create user documentation, Training Materials etc.
- Ensure timely generation and circulation of reports / dashboards
