Join L&G as a Business Readiness Analyst (12 month fixed-term contract) and play a key role in delivering change and governance initiatives across our Retail Division. What you'll be doing:
- Managing technical debt across products and systems
- Collaborating with engineering and architecture teams to reduce risk
- Influencing decisions on technical estate and identifying opportunities
- Advocating technical improvements within product roadmaps
- Supporting end-to-end delivery of change projects
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration between teams
- Conducting impact analysis on technology decisions and costs
- Gathering and analysing requirements to optimise technology investments

Who we're looking for:
- Proven experience in project management and business analysis
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and technical debt concepts
- Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with agile methodologies in cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with cloud architectures and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Relevant certifications (PMP, Agile, Product Management) would be a huge plus!
