What you will be responsible for:
- Foster skill development in value-based selling, big data, and AI.
- Strategically prioritize and qualify a substantial influx of inbound leads from Marketing campaigns.
- Employ personalized emails, cold calls, and social selling to execute outbound initiatives and qualify opportunities.
- Design and execute compelling outreach campaigns catering to various buyer levels, including senior executives, to cultivate opportunities within vital target accounts.
- Identify and comprehend client needs, advancing conversations into sales prospects by effectively conveying how Databricks can resolve their data-related challenges.

What we look for:
- Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in inbound and outbound sales and inquiries.
- Proficiency in grasping technical concepts coupled with a genuine passion for technology.
- Demonstrated determination and courage to excel and contribute to the growth of a future-leading enterprise software company.
- Consistent track record of quantifiable over-achievement in past roles.
- Inquisitiveness and eagerness to continuously learn and remain updated on developments within the big data/AI domain.
- A high level of ownership.
- Written and spoken fluency in Korean (Native level) and English (Business level).
- Available to work in the office 3 days a week.
