Key Responsibilities
- Participate in sales promotions and activities to achieve/exceed defined sales targets.
- Engage NTB affluent clients via leads sourced from various channels.
- Employ a well-thought-out, creative approach to satisfy customers, enhance competitive advantage, and improve performance.
- Actively cross-sell other bank products/services and ensure the annual financial budget is met.
- Provide quality, efficient pre- and post-sales services.
- Prepare and consolidate accurate reports on sales activities.
- Collaborate based on a shared sense of purpose within Corporate Banking.
- Maintain a clear division of roles and avoid duplication of effort within the organization.
- Be accountable for implementing and complying with AML requirements during duties.
- Understand, acknowledge, and comply with individual accountabilities as per local laws and SCB internal policies.
- Ensure internal controls are maintained by staying updated on applicable local laws and regulations.
- Perform duties diligently to avoid legal sanctions, regulatory penalties, material financial loss, or negative reputational impact on the bank.
- Be responsible for failures in adhering to relevant rules and processes, or in performing responsibilities correctly.
- Cooperate with any investigations regarding regulatory failures, such as accountability reviews.

Skills and Experience
- Credit appraisal and marketing skills.

Qualifications
- College diploma or above.
- Preference for candidates with over one year of experience in the financial, mortgage, or real estate industry.
- Relevant banking experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of bank products, policies, and business strategy.
- Strong credit appraisal and marketing skills with the ability to interpret financial information.
- High personal integrity with no disciplinary record in previous positions.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Presentable with good business etiquette and personality.
