As a Business Data Analyst at NBS Lviv, you’ll play a key role in analyzing the digital employee experience on a global scale. Your work will help identify patterns, uncover pain points, and guide strategic decisions - empowering teams to deliver world-class digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Data Gathering & Analysis: Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to gain a comprehensive view of the employee experience.
- Data Preparation: Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Behavioral Analysis: Examine user behaviors on digital platforms using tools like Power BI, Excel, WalkMe, Viva Advanced Insights, and HappySignals.
- Visualization & Communication: Create clear visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaboration: Work with Analytics, Data, and Integration teams for advanced analysis and visualization needs.
- Digital Transformation Analysis: Lead the analysis of digital transformation data, combining process performance with user feedback and sentiment.
- Strategy & Governance: Collaborate with the DEX team to define data strategies, build data repositories, and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
- KPI Definition: Help define KPIs and success metrics to evaluate Experience Insights initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with IT and People Analytics stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a data-driven role, preferably within IT, analytics, or business analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and platform-specific dashboards (WalkMe, HappySignals, Viva Advanced Insights).
- Knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis and/or machine learning (nice to have).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Experience with data governance, compliance, and best practices
