The Role



The Nespresso Business Analyst (Digital Touchpoints) is responsible for analyzing and defining business and functional requirements. She/He will collaborate with team members to frame and translate these digital requirements into meaningful user experiences and strategies, ensuring the delivery of quality products.

The Business Analyst will solicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and existing analytics, systems documentation, or procedures. Additionally, she/he will be involved in testing Digital Solutions by reviewing and approving test cases to ensure that the functional requirements are met.

Moreover, the Business Analyst will be assigned to the specific area of Trade Technology. As a Functional Expert, she/he will become the go-to person for any knowledge related to this area and will also be the owner of the domain-specific documentation.
