What’s the role?
As a Business Analyst you will be accountable for bridging the gap between the business and technology to support the delivery of tailored, fit for purpose solutions that meet the needs of the Business Lending Line of Business. You will work in a squad using Agile methodologies to ensure the right outcomes are achieved efficiently while applying the appropriate risk frameworks.
What do I need?
- Strong skills in business analysis in a project/delivery-oriented role, with experience in requirements analysis, process design and change management.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Designers, Developers, and Testers to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Gather and analyse requirements using structured techniques to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with business goals
- Support delivery through detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and proactive issue and risk management
- Comfortable working in and agile environment, partnering closely with your squad to plan, prioritise, and implement change effectively
