In this role, you will engage diverse projects spanning regional rewards programme, call center solutions, and AI initiatives. You will collaborate with multiple teams – ranging from internal departments to external telecommunication partners across the region – ensuring seamless project execution with measurable outcomes. Additionally, you will present project updates and insights to a broad audience from colleagues to partners of all levels
Make an Impact by
- Collaborate with the Agile Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog, writing clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with business users and stakeholders to define, prioritise and deliver business initiatives using agile methodologies.
- Contribute to ideation, innovation and solution development to address business challenges.
- Manage project scope effectively, resolve issues promptly and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Track action items and follow through to successful resolution.
- Facilitate smooth implementation and turnover of solutions to business owners and end users.
- Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to validate solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Document requirements, user stories, and process flows to maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation.
- Adapt duties as needed in response to evolving business requirements and project scope changes.
Skills for Success
- 1-2 years of experience in business analytics, project management, or a related role within an agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Business Computing, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to successfully manage cross-functional or cross-border initiatives.
- Proactive problem solver with a collaborative approach and eagerness to learn.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding with Agile principles, methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Agile certification (e.g. Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent) is a plus but not mandatory.
