
The Associate CE Go-To-Market is a full-time, hybrid role within the Commercial Excellence Go-to-Market Delivery (CE GTM Delivery) team in the Bain Capability Network, working closely with B2B GTM teams on projects across the Americas. The role will involve coordination and interactions with teams in India and US.

The Associate takes ownership of and executes essential GTM diagnostic analyses, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely deliverables. As the leader of a specific workstream within the project, the Associate drives insights, communicates findings to the BCN Project Leader/Manager, and collaborates effectively with Bain case teams and partners.

The Sales and Marketing Transformation Associate collaborates closely with Bain's B2B Commercial Excellence Go-to-Market teams on projects across the Americas. They are a key member of a 3-4 person BCN team, working under the direction of a Project Leader/Manager to unlock full potential across critical go-to-market (GTM) levers, including market opportunity, route to market, sales capacity, account planning, sales team management, pricing, marketing, commercial operations, and other areas. Typical projects have a duration of 2-8 weeks.
