Responsibilities
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Handling customer calls and appointment scheduling
- Acting as a contact person for field staff
- Managing correspondence and communications
- Processing and forwarding customer and vendor inquiries
- Managing digital mailboxes
- Creating and completing orders including invoicing
- Supporting and reviewing internal processes
- Maintaining data and records
- Processing complaints
- Providing support at the reception desk

Qualifications
Qualifications β What Youβll Bring
- Completed secondary education
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good command of German, both spoken and written, with strong verbal skills
