Design, build, and maintain applications and integrations that improve automation, efficiency, and scalability across the CLS ecosystem.
Develop AI and machine learning solutions to enhance workflows such as issue triage, document analysis, communication review, and regulatory inquiry management.
Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI-assisted process improvement.
Administer and extend key systems such as LogicGate, Exterro, Global Relay, Red Oak, Contentful, and MCO, ensuring reliability, compliance, and ease of use.
Implement APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations to connect CLS systems with internal services such as Slack, Jira, and ServiceNow.
Support initiatives that advance Robinhood’s AI and automation strategy, including prototyping LLM-based agents for internal users.
Develop scripts, utilities, and monitoring to support operations, using Python, Go, or JavaScript.
Drive best practices for system configuration, performance optimization, and governance.
What you bring
3+ years of experience as an application engineer, systems developer, or software engineer.
Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or JavaScript, with a solid understanding of REST APIs and integration design.
Familiarity with enterprise systems such as LogicGate, Exterro, MCO, Red Oak, Global Relay, or ServiceNow.
Experience working with AI/ML APIs or platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Vertex AI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face).
Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and secure system design principles.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
