Aon shapes decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world. When you join us, you’ll become empowered to make the same impact, as you explore ways of becoming a more relevant, connected and valued professional.
The world of work is changing, fast. Economic migration, rising retirement age and longer working hours all impact our health and wellbeing.
That’s where we come in. With our help, more and more organisations are offering flexible, financial benefits that can be tailored to suit their employees' lifestyles; it’s an excellent way to reward and retain talent. We’re leading the way in the design, implementation and management of modern employee benefits and benefits programmes.
We’re a business-to-business operation, working with many household names as well as smaller enterprises. Join us and become part of a global team of experts who are changing the way employees use and value their benefits. From the get-go, you’ll meet our clients, learn about their businesses and advise them on employee reward programmes. By helping to deliver expert advice on the issues affecting them, you’ll make a real difference to their businesses and the way they operate.
You’ll spend time in one of expert consulting areas learning about what we do, how we consult with our clients and how we make a positive difference to the lives of employees across the world.
Whether you're interested in developing your analytical skills, leveraging new technologies or building client relationships, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive and actively inclusive environment, deliberately designed for you to learn and grow.

Once you’ve completed the formal graduate programme, you’ll continue to receive lots of support at Aon. As well as continued technical and business skills training, you’ll receive regular performance feedback, and work with your line manager towards promotions.

We recognise the value for our Early Career colleagues of being in the office environment from the beginning of their programme. As a new graduate, you will spend the first 6 months based in the office to support your learning, development, and progression. This will enable you access to support from managers, collaborate with colleagues as well as grow your network across Aon. After completing this initial training period, you will then have the opportunity to work more flexibly, spending at least 3 to 4 days face to face in the Aon office or with clients.
We know applying for your first graduate role can be exciting, and sometimes a little daunting. At Aon, we’re committed to making our recruitment process as transparent and supportive as possible. Here’s how our selection journey works, and what you can expect at each stage:
